ASSESSMENT AND WRITTEN REPORT
£450 + VAT (half a day): a structured walkthrough of the property, followed by a written scope setting out what needs doing, in what order, and what it will cost.
Credited in full against any engagement booked within sixty days.

UK PRIVATE HOME ENGAGEMENT
£2,100 + VAT (3 days): assessment, decluttering and decision-making; organisation, zoning and implementation; refinement, purchasing support, review and handover.
Two-day engagements £1,500 + VAT.
One-day sessions £800 + VAT.
Additional days £700 + VAT.
INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION ENGAGEMENT
£2,700 plus travel (3 days): the same structured approach, with arrival the evening before and additional recovery time built in for long-haul travel.
Additional days £900.
The client covers travel, accommodation, transport and supplies. Invoiced,without UK VAT where the property is outside the United Kingdom.
LARGE-SCALE INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
£5,500 plus travel (eight days on the ground): an arrival day, five days of implementation, a sixth working day for completion and handover, and a departure day.
Additional days £900.
Suited to multiple properties, extensive inventories, household archives, collections and complex storage.
TERMS
Fifty per cent on booking, fifty per cent on completion. Storage products, containers, labels, charity collection and disposal, parking and congestion charge are charged at cost and agreed in advance. Engagements are usually booked four to six weeks ahead.
